It’s time for our leadership gatherings to reflect who we truly are: a community rooted in the hope of Jesus.\n\nWe live in a world saturated with leadership content. Podcasts. Conferences. Strategies. Systems.\n\nBut information is not what our souls are lacking. What transforms leadership is being with Jesus — and leading from hope instead of pressure. In Acts 4:13, people “recognized them as men who had been with Jesus.” That is the kind of leadership we long to see in our community — leaders marked not just by success, but by His presence.\n\nOn April 2, KTSY and Dillabaugh’s Flooring America invite you to Refresh: Leadership Off the Treadmill.\n\n\n\nThis will not be a networking event. It will not be a motivational seminar. It will be a morning of worship, prayer, reflection, and practical encouragement rooted in faith. A space to pause. To realign. To strengthen the soul that carries responsibility.\n\nAdam Cruz will guide us through The Healed Hustle. I’ll share part of my own journey. And we’ll have a dedicated prayer team ready to stand with you.\n\nIf you lead people, you carry weight.
